IOMGIA 2025
The International Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Investigators Association (IOMGIA), a non-profit organisation, was started in 1974 and is a professional training organisation made up of federal, state, and local law enforcement and prosecution personnel from across the world. The IOMGIA goals are “to improve the investigative skills and information exchange among its charter members”. The purpose of IOMGIA and its Annual Training Institute is to provide a conduit for information exchange, updated training, and international network building among its members.

The IOMGIA Training Institute provides a range of training in OMCG culture and criminality which is not available anywhere else. This event provides law enforcement personnel with the opportunity to undertake high-quality training in the investigation and targeting of OMCGs.

On 19-22 October 2025, the inaugural IOMGIA Australia Training in conjunction with NSW Police Force will be held in Sydney, Australia.

The Australia training will have a Regional focus on Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific and Southeast Asia. Attendees will enhance their knowledge and capabilities in the OMCG space and expand their professional networks, allowing them to improve their operational response to OMCGs and crime in their relevant jurisdictions.  The training is expected to attract 300 delegates, including representatives from senior management, from a range of national and international policing jurisdictions
